Yoga Instructor

Provide people with brain injury an opportunity for relaxation and wellness through the practice of gentle yoga.

Yoga Instructor
Provide clients with brain injury an opportunity for relaxation and wellness through the practice of gentle yoga.
Hours:
• 1 hour per week
• 1 year commitment appreciated
This position can be shared with another volunteer.
Personal Attributes:
• a people person
• have instructional and yoga training
• awareness around adapted needs for clients of diverse abilities
• able to work well with others
• reliable, professional, and able to manage confidential information
Key Responsibility
• teach a weekly one-hour yoga class at BrainTrust Canada to a group of approximately 6-8 clients
Mats, music, and a large quiet space are available for this program.

This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.
