Donor Stewardship Volunteer

• Donor relations experience
• Sales/customer service experience
• Effective phone communication
• Financial background (nice to have)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Data entry experience (nice to have)
Role
• Perform thank you calls for Level 3 donors
• Inform donor of impact
• Capture motivation for supporting UW
• Feedback about donor experience so far
• Donor contact preferences
• Enter donor details into Andar
• Donor research (existing & new)
• Donor tracking (MS Excel)
Basic office duties – answer phones; newspaper, clerical
Time Commitment
One day a week (6-8 hours)
This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.
