Dollars with Sense Program Volunteer

Provide students with personal money management skills and challenge them to apply these concepts in their own lives.

The timeline for this opportunity is Four - 90 minute visits once per week for 4 weeks during Financial Literacy Month.
Exact dates are Nov. 1, 8, 15, and 22nd from 10:25am - 11:45am
Dollars with Sense provides students with the knowledge and experience they need to make better economic decisions. Students play an exciting investment strategies game to learn about effective spending and how to avoid credit and debt pitfalls.
By the end of the program, students will know how to evaluate their financial decisions against their goals. This prepares them to make smart, lifelong financial choices.

This interactive program, facilitated by volunteers in collaboration with the classroom teacher, gives students the knowledge they need to financially manage changes in their career and life.

This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.
